“They have a pretty good match. ”
“Have only 15 days PTO. Would be better if sick days were separate. Only 9 holidays.”
Standard benefits but healthcare costs were much higher than any other companies I have worked at. prescription coverage had a higher cost than was expected
Great benefits, definitely take care of employees
Northland contributes to your deductable
Health insurance 401k holidays vacations
I am retiring from real estate! It's been 40 long years of working in this field and I'm so grateful for everything I've learned. To the young and rising realtors out there: It's definitely worth it, don't give up and eventually things will get better. If you have any questions feel free to ask them!
Management has been very flexible and accommodating to employees since the COVID pandemic started.
The insurance coverages for medical/dental/vision are all great.
Rent discount, you must request paid time off 30-60 in advance and it does not matter if it’s an emergency
Best-they had the option to pay a bit more for the CORE healthcare package which didn't cost that much more. The deductible was a low $1,000. Worst--the 401k match was horrible in terms of percentage, but they did pay it every month which was nice. No vesting period.
They let you live in a corporate units for free in the properties on different states that they own.
Employers not on salary can't use PTO/Vacation in less than 8 hour increments. Awful way to treat your employees that may need to leave abruptly or have to take a half day for any reason.
