2 weeks paid paternity leave
Never had to use this, but I've had colleagues who did. Seemed to work out fine for them, but I don't know how it rates compared to other places.
I made the mistake of filing for paternity leave when we had our first baby. It seemed like I spent several days filling out paperwork because from a paperwork viewpoint it was similar to the process of leaving the company and being re-hired. Poor coordination among the HR and benefits departments and various state regulations made the paperwork a nightmare. This is the one area where the company needs to make it a better, more seamless process.
