Pretty much standard for industry.
Good number of PTOs and Holidays. No sick leave.
3 weeks to start off
Vacation hours accrue more each year, starting at two weeks so what you accumulate grows over time based on your time with the company (you can max out and maybe cash some of it out so you don't lose it) - it was higher before, but still decent, I think. You don't get ALL the national holidays, but most people prefer getting the year-end 'plant closure' shutdown from Christmas Day (approx) thru Jan. 1. Some facilities, engineering, manufacturing and IT folks usually have to work through the shutdown for maintenance and project/schedule reasons.
Good amount of PTO, waiting for approval from management can take some time.
Employees start at 2 weeks paid vacation, I believe
Three weeks of PTO after the first year.
uses the accrual system, but plenty of holiday
could be better and also employee friendly
Paid time off seems pretty standard. Do not get some holidays off, but there is a week long shut down between christmas and new years which is nice. Flexible work hours with 9/80 schedule is nice.
