Vacation bids are giving out each year and are made fairly for each employee. The also have a PTO cash out each year in November which is great to have. Having a extra pay check around the holidays is always great to have.

Northside also has a very good vacation and PTO plan for their employees.

The longer you stay at Northside the more PTO you accumulate per paycheck

Northside provides a great PTO bank so you can use time for anything that you need and allows rollover from year to year as well as PTO cash out once a year.

I like that you can take actual sick time if you are sick instead of using all of your PTO as opposed to eating your PTO bank as were I was previously employed. I did not get a sick bank unless I used two full weeks of PTO time.

Our managers are very understanding and fair about our vacation time and PTO.
