After 1 year of employment, employees are eligible to use PTO in conjunction with sick time hours up to 40 hours per year for a base level employee.
After 1 year you get 40 hours of paid time off. This benefit increases over time.
PTO is given in the form of sick leave 90 days from date of employment, which is the standard probationary period for Northwest Enforcement new hires. After one year employment, the PTO is also considered time you can credit for your Vacation Pay.
After 1 year of service they offer a minimum of 40 hours of PTO to be used each year.
45 days in advance notice for more than 2 days, 30 for 2 and under. Don't expect to get PTO, you can be called to work at any time.
