Health Insurance is phenomenal. 401(k) is pretty good. Dental and Vision insurance are average. PTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and other benefits are lacking. The volunteer time offered can only be used at the Northwest Foundation which is underwhelming.
No perks. 401K and Health Ins are great. Time off is good if you can take it. Departments are so slim with employees you are lucky to get a chance to be off. There was so much stress involved with requesting it to begin with. IIf you are off it isnt out of the ordinary to come back to your work load doubled, because no one covered for you when you were away.
