NM offers a full spectrum of choices, including a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), so employees can choose the plan that best meets their individual needs. The plans vary by design and cost to the employee. By enrolling in the medical plan, the employee automatically enrolls themselves and their eligible dependents in the perscription drug plan.
The discounted rate for the Northwestern network is great!
We have great healthcare benefits, especially if you see a provider within the Northwestern network.
Not much pto, and would like more maternity leave
Great if you stay within the Northwestern Medicine network (Tier 1), but expect to pay coinsurance if you see physicians outside this network (Tier 2 & Tier 3). There are no Tier 1 behavioral health specialists, so there will always be coinsurance on this type of service.
For a healthcare facility, the coverage could be better
Awesome benefits. Coverage at 100% as long as you stay in network.
There are several different plans available - medical, dental, eyes, etc.
It is kind of expensive but also very comprehensive.
If you select the NM plan, the coverage is great! You have access to some of the best doctors
If you went with the PPO, the choice of doctors and services were very good.
