After NW took over PTO compensation went down
18 PTO accrued annually plus 6 holidays. Cannot utilize PTO for first 6 months, which was rough
PTO rolls over and/or you can opt for a cash pay out at the end of each year.
easy to take time off, as long as you werent understaffed to get coverage
they have a decent PTO plan.
Accured for part time & full time employees. Increases with length of service.
I have no complaints with vacation & PTO.
Average as compared to other hospitals.
Time off is accumulated. The longer you are there ( usually increases every 5 years) the more time off you can accumulate. Paid time off could be more and should be more.
Very fair and competitive - holidays rolled in to PTO - like most companies
