Same as job training. There were great opportunities to develop including great leadership development opportunities

they coach you on language, nothing else, everything else is up to you, full autonomy is sometimes bad.

I find it expensive and limiting but it is a nice thing to have. I resent the annual biometric screening and the requirement to earn the full benefit - I should have insurance because I work for your company. Job training was weird because they are clearly not adult or workplace educators. Dated and strangely organized materials (again, they are not workplace educators/professionals). I suppose there is professional development but the favoritism impacts who gets that.

the online trainning is very very good. Some of the in house trainning is a waste of time because they have some very bad employees they need to get rid of

You will always be learning. There is never a time when you won't be learning about new products or ways to do things.
