Health insurance is paid for. It seems adequate for my needs. I don't have anything negative to say about the health insurance provided to me by Northwestern.
Great complementary insurance coverage for students. However, you need to pay your own dental and vision insurance but they are not expensive
Deductible for medical procedures is a bit high.
You choose your coverage, it scales based on employee salary (so those who make more pay more than those who make less), and you have an HSA option.
Bunch of choice , but the price for it is higher and higher every year.
Expensive for someone who is single and getting up there in age. Comparable plans from the same insurer at different companies in Chicago are less money monthly by far.
very cheap. Cheaper when using Northwestern doctors.
Best: seems to cover everything I would need; Worst: distinct options are overwhelming at first
Probably the best place I've ever worked for when it comes to benefits.
High deductible but sliding premiums based on salary so lower paid employees pay less
