I think medical if needed. Only after 60 days and if fulltime. Employee discount is great!
No benefits!they don't offer any benefits or 401k
There were not medical, dental or vision insurance. No 401k.
The benefits are limited, some employees have left because of lack of dental
Zero benefits ever offered
You have no benefits. It varies bakery to bakery because it's a franchise. My bakery owner told me when they promoted me (from GSR/shift lead to assistant manager) that she was "looking into" getting benefits. It turns out, she's said this to all the full time employees and she actually considers paying for benefits an unnecessary expense.
The best part is that we did receive employee discounts but only for the single-serving bundtlets and only with the manager present to ring you up. Discount does not apply to anything else. Best part is that you could make commision by selling items in the store and it would go directly to your paycheck, but the worst part is that if you didn't submit a copy of the receipt they didn't give it to you and you had to organize them into chronological order from date and time before turning in and if you failed to do so, they wouldn't give you your money.
We had paid time off and health insurance. That's about it.
Neither Full time or Part time employees are given any benefits because each store is owned by a Franchise and it is up to the owner to give benefits. Employees, depending on the owner, are given a very small percentage off of products, like 5% off of the total. Job training is usually done by a team member and the manager supervises here and there and will give advice when necessary.
Absolutely no package at all
