We have medical, dental, vision and life insurance available, which is great!

3 vacation days in your first year. No sick days! Please negotiate your vacation days. Do not accept 3 days.

Best thing is their CEU money they provide. PTAs receive $1,000 per year and PTs receive $1,500 per year. They reimburse you for you APTA membership as well. However, their Health Coverage is atrocious; they no longer provide any money into the HSA if you choose that and their medical coverage is overly expensive with an incredibly high deductible and does not cover much. As someone who goes to the doctor frequently due to medical conditions I did not even choose the medical coverage. I personally went with the HSA plan and did not go to the doctor's at all while working for this company because it simply was not affordable to do.

Benefits don’t start until the first of the month after 90 days. If you start mid month your stuck. Time off is almost impossible

All benefits are available including health, dental vision, 401K with matching. However the healthcare premium is insanely high!

They change every year to try and get you lower prices but it can make you lose benefits.

Medical is expensive. CEU reimbursement & PTO difficult to use. 401K good if you pick a good plan. Minimal to no Mentorship for PTAs

401K is good but the rest of the benefit package is horrible. The cost of health benefits is way too high. Not competitive at all.

Full benefit plan is over 450 if you're single. If you have a family its literally twice as much. It's absolutely terrible
