Unsurprisingly, if you use Novant Health providers and services your out of pocket is the lowest of all options. However, the reality is that employees come to a job with established health care relationships that they wish to retain. The current "In Cigna Network" coverage has a huge deductible. Up to $900 in HRA dollars can be earned per year, and Health FSA help, but when claims are processed, HRA dollars are automatically and always used first, despite those being eligible for rollover and FSA dollars cannot. Makes it very difficult to manage an appropriate FSA election.
