The best thing about the benefits is that there are so many in network providers to choose from.
You can get extended maternity leave time off.
No maternity leave. New mothers are allowed to take off but it is unpaid. Very upsetting and shows that the organization is not supportive of working mothers. Healthcare benefits are pretty good.
Health insurance is great. Need a CT or MRI? $125 is all you’ll pay! For providers their CME is a generous $4,000 with 40 hours towards CME. 8 hours of PTO earned per pay period. 401K marching after a year. Benefits start after you’ve worked one full month. If you start in the middle of the month your benefits won’t start that following month but the one after.
Company offers, medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off is accumulated every pay period. There are employee discounts to various vendors.
That benefits no longer begin on day one. Must wait for 90 days??
Comparable to other healthcare organizations.
The worst thing is that you must use your paid time off for holidays, sick days and vacation days
More options could be available
Lacks longevity benefits and sick time is in with vacation time
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
