They have a very fair PTO options, great health, dental and vision plans.
Great benefits package. Should you choose to have it all - dental is only $20 per pay period and vision is only $5. There are two options for basic health insurance - PPO plan is completely paid for by the company and noting is taken out of pay while the HMO plan is only $15 per pay period. ***Numbers are all for employee only benefits plan. Allows for payout of cafeteria cash if benefits through employee are not utilized.
401K has no match until two years in....wow.
3 weeks paid time off
The company provides a great benefits package. The base pay for the Junior Analyst position is mediocre at best; however, the company offers overtime work opportunities for employees which can significantly increase earning potential.
Overtime pay was very rewarding during busy season.
good management, good people, niche field of work though no benefits for part-time, there is "Cafeteria cash" that is offered to full time that rolls into 401k
The company is constantly reviewing and updating what they offer to provide an attractive benefits package.
Stocked kitchen, but only with the general variety of unhealthy snacks: chips, cookies, etc.
The cafeteria plan is great, they give you $225 per month for declining their health insurance (which is free). The PTO is decent to start with, they let you cash it out or roll it over. Free food daily is another great perk. However, even though there are some highly desirable perks, the one most important benefit a company should be solid with is the 401k, and Novogradac is seriously lacking. They pay out a "discretionary" amount once a year (annually), and when the company does not do well they do not have to contribute one cent. Also, you are not fully vested until 5-6 years.
