For me the benefits are great since my wife and I just recently had our child the benefits have been wonderful
costly for the company size.
They offer high deductible health insurance plans. The out of paycheck cost is low, but if you want to use your insurance be prepared to shell out thousands of dollars before the insurance company kicks in a dime. If you have a family the total out of pockets are around $10,000. If I had to guess for most employees this would catastrophic. It’s a pretty abysmal plan for such a large company. THe dental is good and they have a 401k.
the insurance does not cover anything until you boot out the first 5000.00 then they only cover 70%
