Novolex offers the choice of three medical plans: HSA, HRA 70 and HRA 80. All three plans are administered by UnitedHealthcare (UHC) and provide the same national network of providers. Comprehensive Pharmacy coverage is provided through CVS Caremark.
Novolex offers Dental Insurance through Delta Dental that includes the nation’s largest network of providers. In- and out-of-network coverage is available. The Basic Plan offers a $1,250 allowance, while Enhanced Plan offers a $2,000 allowance and orthodontia care for children and adults.
For US Employees, Novolex offers a safe harbor 401(k) plan through Transamerica Retirement Services that provides a company match of 100 percent of the first three percent and 50 percent of the next two percent (net company match available = four percent).

Increased vision and dental coverage is amazing. Also the wellness focus has been fantastic the last couple years. They now offer gym membership discounts, work out groups, team races and many other proactive health incentives
Novolex has a great benefits program
The benefits are consistent with the other industries in the area. A few different options are offered for health care, vision, and dental. Vacation is typically 2-3 weeks. 401K is also offered.
Health insurance is ok, not the best and there is nobody really there to help out with questions

I've worked at three companies, and Novolex by far has the easiest process for annual enrollment, and it improves annually.
Has a wide variety of offerings. 401k, medical, dental, eye insurances, disability, etc.
Excellent benefits package. Comprehensive and competitive, including multiple healthcare, dental and vision offerings. Solid match on the 401(k) plan. The company has worked to keep cost increases to a minimum.
