Novus offers an excellent benefits package to our employees and their families. We currently cover the cost of medical, dental and vision premiums for employees, spouses and children. On top of this, we provide a health reimbursement account which provides employees with an allowance to submit co-pays and out-of-network medical expenses up to a certain amount per year.
Novus has a partnership with NYSC and covers the cost of membership for employees and spouses. If an employee has a different gym of choice, we reimburse up to a certain amount per month for that membership.
We want to provide continuous opportunities to learn new skills and grow in their careers with Novus. We provide different training inside and outside the office along with an allowance for employees to pursue certifications, courses, conference and more.
phenomenal health plan, 401k, HSA
The best part: very generous package especially medical and dental insurance. The worst part: Some benefits like maternity and paternity leave were changed abruptly.
Great health plan. Never had to pay for anything health related. The HRA covers more than enough of the annual medical expenses.
Everything about the benefits is amazing! There is nothing I can say negative about the offering Novus gives to employees
Healthcare package is amazing (full medical/dental/vision and an HSA to cover the copays). The gym benefit is great too.
Great thing about the benefits is free food
Best thing about the package was the fully paid medical/dental/vision and the Equinox gym membership. If you didn't want to be a part of the Equinox downstairs, they gave you the option to pick another gym or activity (yoga studios, boxing, etc.) and they would reimburse you up to a certain amount. So much flexibility!! There were NO negatives to the benefits package Novus makes a point to offer their full-time employees.
Quarterly spot bonuses, bi-annual bonuses based on performance and company performance, full, great healthcare plan, dental and vision, 401k, and a whole lot more.
The best thing that I saw was unlimited vacation time. This doesn't mean that you can take the whole year off and still get paid, but many analysts and associates tend to work from home a few days of every month. As long as you get your work done, that's ok. You also get to take many mini vacations as long as your VP is fine with it, which they normally are if you're doing a good job.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
