This company offers a decent benefit plan and at par with most Fortune 1000.

The best thing is the flexible working hour and friendly working environment. The worst thing is no free lunch

Nuance recently improved benefits and they are now great. Strong medical and dental coverage. Low copays. Great 401k match now.

The benefits are good and include health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as paid holidays and 2 weeks of vacation annually for full time employees; however, benefits are only offered to full-time employees and should be offered to progressive part time employees as well.

Decent set of the usual benefits. The time off is combined with sick days which can be good or bad.

Benefits are on par with the industry, there are plenty of options for healthcare. Many employee discounts are offered. Generous PTO program.

Healthcare is extremely expensive, vision is 100% employee paid, 401k is only 3% and you must contribute 6% to get it. No where near what other tech companies this size are offering.
