“The health insurance coverage isn't great, but it is reasonably priced.”
“The company match changes every year depending on how the company is performing.”
“Hourly employees do not receive sick days.”
Great benefits package. Dependent scholarships for college is amazing.
Vision insurance costs more to have than it is worth. Vacation time is a joke for shift employees because they would just trade days with someone in order to get time off. Often, being hourly pays better than salary due to the overtime.
Health, 401k, profit sharing, Tuition reimbursement
Great package, probably best in industry.
Profit sharing is great. EMSP is awesome.
Health insurance is just okay. Employee copays are about 39 percent of the bill, which with today’s health costs, is quite high. Employees really have to think twice about going to the doctor, which lends itself to a less healthy workforce. No paternity leave. No sick pay. Vacation time seems normal. Two weeks to start, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 15 years.
Great benefits package, has taken great care of me and my family of four.
Benefits package is reviewed seemingly annually, and is currently claims to be industry leading.
The health insurance plan is not the best but they also offer a generous bonus plan, profit sharing, stock purchase and a children's scholarship plan.
The health insurance has been great, and there's a doctor on-site. An added benefit you don't often see is that you can get free advice from a financial planner.
