best - Work from home options worst - family medical $$
Great PTO accrual, 401k match is decent (although you have to be there for 6 years to be fully vested), EIB is more than enough.
They believe in giving back to the community, therefore, the option of having paid time off to volunteer is great! The tuition reimbursement is very good!
Tuition Reimbursement is very generous
Tons of great benefits. 401k with match program, tuition assistance for higher education, PTO, paid holidays, employee loan programs.
To add family members to medical plan, it is very costly, otherwise employee only was a generous package.
Best thing is Family Day. An extra day off plus $50 to spend. Worst is dependent medical and dental coverage costs.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
