They thought of everything with the benefits package. Free lunch, often free dinners if you're working late, commuter benefits, free shuttle. The insurance plan is heavily subsidized (at least if you're single, can't speak to family plans). They even subsidize a free membership for Go- bikes. 401K plan is matched. Life insurance, disability is covered and you can add more if you'd like. Flexible work from home culture - managers don't micro-manage where or when you work as long as the work is getting done. This makes it great to fit in your personal life with your work life. Office is pet- friendly. The layout is open with focus areas if you need more quiet spaces. Care is given to ensure ergonomic furniture for everyone, including remote employees. Vacation is discretionary and mostly between you and your manager. It's really hard to beat the benefits package here.
Nuna's benefits plan is incredibly comprehensive. My two favorite aspects are the HDHP with HSA and 401k plans that are offered. Nuna offers two 401ks with contribution matching, which provides me with a lot of flexibility. I know that Nuna is looking out for and cares my future!
