Nutanix pays 100% of medical plan premiums for our employees and their families - no payroll deductions! Also, both medical plans pay 100%* for in-plan/in-network services, with no deductible. This means when you see in-network providers for covered services, there’s no out-of-pocket cost. You pay the deductible and coinsurance under the United Healthcare POS Plan when you utilize out-of-network providers and services.

*Kaiser participants have a Nutanix-funded HRA that reimburses up to the annual out-of-pocket maximum.

    Really good benefits, full 100% paid medical benefits with no out of pocket, "unlimited" PTO policy (with manager approval), free lunches if you are in an office, amazing snacks if you are in an office.

    THE best health insurance my family and I have ever had in the high tech industry. Comparable to Google and the other Silicon Valley giants. Nutanix pays the premiums and if in-network, we pay $0. That's right $0 for everything including our prescription medicine. Free chiropractic and acupuncture services. I've been with Dell before the dot com bust, a cloud startup that got bought for $100M+, and an extremely profitable software company ($50M in profits every Q). None of their insurance package came close to what Nutanix provides for their employees. Plus, lunches and snacks + drinks every day at HQ. Nutanix really takes care of employee health so that we can focus on taking care of our customers.

    The company pays the full cost of benefits, which means no deductions from your paycheck and no money out of pocket if you stay in network. Ni 401(k) match, but the ESPP is great with a one year lookback.
