Employee Stock Program is Fantastic. Full Health benefits with no copays!
The Good: 1. Free good quality on-site lunches/snacks 2. No deductible/premiums for healthcare, vision, and dental 3. Monthly mobile phone stipend 4. Unlimited PTO 5. 401k plan but it is unmatched 6. Small on-site gym The Bad: 1. No 401k match 2. Gym is small, would almost be better if they offered us a stipend for the gym or offer a larger on-site gym
Before IPO, they had much better Heathcare....Now its like everone else...
100% paid health insurance for ENTIRE FAMILY! Unlimited vacation.
Amazing health insurance (100% employer paid premiums)
Unlimited vacation, great dental and medical coverage
401 K could be better
Overall, the benefits package is very good. Free healthcare if in-network, unlimited PTO and sick days, cell phone allowance for remote people ($120/mo), $65 for local people, and 401K but NO match (Boo). You get yearly RSU grants, but those have taken a steep nose dive over the past few years. No cash bonuses that I'm aware of, beyond occasional awards. Sometimes the company sends employees on an all expenses paid vacation if they are real rock star. Rare, but does happen. HR can be a bit tough to get a response from..can take a couple of follow up emails to get a question answered. Management has states no benefits will be cut as a result of going public. Good road warrior travel program IF you do a lot of long haul international trips. Not much, if any, benefit for frequent short haul in region trips. Free to book your own hotel, within company pricing guidelines. Airfare is always booked via a travel portal using company credit card. You can use your own credit card for travel expenses. Minus the lack of 401K match and no cash bonuses for reviews, Nutanix has the best benefits package of any company I've worked for. If you are a remote employee, you do give up some things like the free lunches, free gym, free snacks, etc. They DO need to do a better job of perks for work from home employees.
Free dental and health insurance
The company offers great perks. There is no 401K matching but you can contribute to a 401K plan. While there is no Charitable Gift Matching, they do promote Volunteer Time Off and for every quarter, the company donates a good amount to an organization chosen by top volunteers. Great Food, happy hours, unlimited PTO, and more.
