Considering what a fast-paced and demanding environment this is and how hard / long everyone works, 2 weeks of PTO (especially in the SF bay area where many companies offer 3-4 weeks or unlimited vacation) is quite inadequate. Employees pay a portion of the generally good health insurance package. The free products and gym reimbursement are great perks.
Not applicable for college internships
Comprehensive and generous health insurance benefits (4 health plans, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA). Company pays 70% of health insurance for both employees and dependents. Generous 4% company match for 401(k). 15 days PTO is a bit light.
Better than average PTO package, though, sick time is also take from this. It'd be nice to have 1 or 2 days to fall back on so as not to have the ill come to the office for fear of loosing their vacation time. 401K match shows their commitment to their employee's future. Gym reimbursement is fantastic, aligning with their core value Well-Being. If only the old-school "butt in seat" mentality didn't inhibit folks from exercising this perk.
