Improved beginning 2018 Pros: -dollar for dollar 401K Match to 4% (Vested immediately) Both Traditional and Roth available. -Pretty generous Employer HSA contributions without requiring employee to contribute. -Life Lock identity theft protection for significant discount (I can cover my entire family for less than the retail cost for just my self and my spouse)(new for 2019). -Awesome employee discount! If you are a big consumer of health products as I am you can save thousands each year. This was also improved in 2018. Cons: -While health insurance has improved, more options with better coverage than before, the premiums are still pretty pricey.

Free product. There's no parental leave, you can use up vacation days and then take short term medical leave for 6 weeks at half pay. 10 days PTO + 8 holidays + 1 float holiday; accrue 3.2ish hours of PTO every two weeks, which feels like a snail's pace. Health insurance options are so-so. Can't contribute to 401k for 9 months. Culture isn't social.

Company contributes to HSA, but other than that nothing special. Only one high deductible plan available. No vision or dental.

Health Care Plan is not sustainable for a family and only covers catastrophic events - High Deductible HSA Plan with $10,000 deductible. No Dental or Vision. PTO was reduced to 12 days per year with being able to take 15 days unpaid - very disappointing and non-competitive policy.
