Has an awesome benefits package
Flexible work life balance with make up time offered
Benefits are good. Better than most other places. No complaints on my end on the benefit best is the prescription coverage
401k is available, you will start off with PTO and the health car is unbeatable for the area. There is a pension plan after 5 years. Worst thing: There is no 401k match.
Great benefits with very little contribution. The Company still offers a pension as well as low/no cost health insurance. Great place to work.
Pros: Generous vacation/PTO policy; on-site gym; incentives for participating in health and fitness activities; on-site cafe with homemade meals provided essentially at-cost; mileage reimbursement for daily commute; pension plan; flexible schedules/telecommuting opportunities depending on job role; great work-life balance. Cons: No 401k matching currently.
More senior employees could work from home once a week. Pension plan if you stayed there for 30 years. There was also a 401K but cannot recall if there was matching. Also cannot recall details of health or dental as I didn't have to use. Not sure about details of vacation. Onsite gym. Commuter assistance was like $0.12/mile you drove to/from work.
Health Insurance has gone down over the past 3 years from paying little to nothing to paying deductibles of $500 a year. The benefit to these costs are buffered by an on-site gym and exercise programs. 401k options are sufficient but return little when salaries are low and percentages need to be high. Vacation and Time Off is perhaps the best quality of the company. Multiple weeks of vacation and time off that increase over the years and roll-over as well.
Full health insurance paid for employee, with a deductible. Pension plan. 401k - but no match. Daily gas mileage reimbursement for people who worked any distance from the office. Healthy living incentives. Family Medical Leave Act. Paid Time off, but no sick days or doctor days give, you could only take the paid time off if you would be out of the office.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
