Nylas has lots of great benefits such as unlimited PTO, free lunch in the SF office every day, flexible hours and remote work, $70 towards a gym membership, $100 uber credit monthly, and annual budget for conferences and classes. However, health care options are very limited (no Kaiser) and there's no 401k matching at all.

The benefits package has amazing perks related to unlimited vacation, unlimited snacks, Lyft Credits, catered lunch daily, mandatory 2 week vacation, in office massages, relocation assistance and flexible work conditions. The worst thing is the lack of 401K matching by the company, but I see that as an opportunity to invest those funds that would be allocated to the stock market.
