Great perks! Just added 3% 401k match
Unlimited vacation and support for career dev.
Really values employees! Has had some growing pains with explosive growth and maintaining benefits but is on the right track!
Pro: unlimited Vacay and mandatory 20 day vacation!
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
Unlimited PTO where they very encouraging that you take it!
no 401k match. They do have 100 wellness monthly and lunch provided every day which is great and helps with productivity. Pay and medical are great
Nylas has lots of great benefits such as unlimited PTO, free lunch in the SF office every day, flexible hours and remote work, $70 towards a gym membership, $100 uber credit monthly, and annual budget for conferences and classes. However, health care options are very limited (no Kaiser) and there's no 401k matching at all.
Where to start... Medical, Dental, and Vision are fully covered. We have 401k, unlimited PTO, and generous stock options that start after 6 months. You are allowed to write-off all expenses related to work, and an education benefit is available to you at this time as well.
A competitive package that I should take more advantage of. Especially health insurance for SO beyond just married couples to include live in partners along with children. Unlimited PTO and many managers take advantage of it. People are never left wanting, and PTO time is respected.
The benefits package has amazing perks related to unlimited vacation, unlimited snacks, Lyft Credits, catered lunch daily, mandatory 2 week vacation, in office massages, relocation assistance and flexible work conditions. The worst thing is the lack of 401K matching by the company, but I see that as an opportunity to invest those funds that would be allocated to the stock market.
