Really good matching plan. Encourages every employee to save for retirement. When new employees start they have them opt out rather than opt in.
I took a loan against it and it went very well.
They had Prudential in the past which is great, but then they switched to TransAmerica which is not good.
Their 401k plan was one of the best things about working at OC Tanner
When you do 10%, they match it and it accumulates quickly!
100% match up to 3%, 50% thereafter.
Better than any I have seen. OCT contributes whether employee does or not.
