great 401k matching, nice healthcare plans - but maternity/parental leave is awful and vacation time isn't very robust or generous unless you've been with the company for a million year. They should really consider boosting those allowances given the more competitive job market out there with much better offerings. They are really stuck behind the times on things like that.
