The 401K match the company does is awesome! They are also very generous during the holiday season.
Interns do not get any benefits. Otherwise, the benefits of full-time employees are great.

great 401k matching, nice healthcare plans - but maternity/parental leave is awful and vacation time isn't very robust or generous unless you've been with the company for a million year. They should really consider boosting those allowances given the more competitive job market out there with much better offerings. They are really stuck behind the times on things like that.
Comprehensive benefits package. Blue Cross or Select Health, very low deductibles. 5 days paid family leave when child born/adopted. Accrued vacation and lump sum sick. Overtime allowed for hourly employees, bonuses, and free fountain drinks. Excellent retirement/401k matching. Lagoon day in the summer.
401K and profit sharing are really good. Health coverage is good but not cheap. Given the times, vacation allowance could be more competitive. Worst of all is the maternity/parental leave. What a joke...seriously. They harp on how family-focused they are in regards to employees but this benefit is basically non-existent.
The benefits at O.C. Tanner are great! The 401(k) match in particular is outstanding - a dollar for dollar match up to 10% of employee's compensation. The various profit sharing bonuses, holiday & birthday bonuses add an extra $1,000 a year to compensation.
O.C. Tanner has good benefits compared to most companies. Parental leave policy is the benefit most in need of significant improvement.
