You get a bunch of free paid days off like inspiration day, summer Fridays, all the holidays and a holiday break, certification days etc. you can probably have up to 30 paid days off after your first year or so with the company
Best: The have a comprehensive benefits package.
Health insurance, PTO, 401K, generous time off and holidays
Good work life balance and plenty of time off

Insurance is good but tiered vacation is hard to achieve unless your planning to stay for ten years
3 weeks vacation for long time employees
Vacation days are good plus all the extra days off throughout the year are very generous. Medical benefits and 401 are good as well.
Was a bit wonky with health insurance but overall most was semi covered
I appreciated the Anthem Blue Cross packages available.
Good PTO and many more holidays than other companies.
