Good health coverage and 401k match
Decent total days offs but company restricts you by how you use them (sick, personal, PTO)
nothing stands out to mention
The health insurance was okay, but I was denied coverage several times for common medicines. The vacation and sick days are behind the rest of the industry and often do not cover the needs of the average employee.
Benefits are standard, can't complain!
Was only an intern, so never received benefits
Vacation time was earned over time, but would eventually cap. Health packages were provided to choose from, but the mental health coverage was spotty. You would have to choose a different package every year, risking losing your primary care doctors. Dental and vision coverage did not have many options.
The benefits can be a bit better but depending on your team PTO is flexible
It's 2 stars not because of the lack of benefits, they actually had many benefits. The 2 stars is for the quality of benefits. 1. Health insurance is pretty good, not too expensive 2. Time off is sub-par or mediocre at best for an agency . 10 vacation days, 5 sick, 5 personal, 5 summer Friday's and the last 1 1/2 weeks of December off. Most places lump their days off into one category and you have an total amount of days you can take off for anything. Sick days are an absolute joke because every OMD competitor offers unlimited sick 3. 401K match is sub-par. I think it's either 2 or 3%
The healthcare providers aren't great. I cam from BCBS and the option at OMD is limited.
