I dont have much idea about compensation. Interns dont have much benefits except Health INsurance
They are up to industry standards but have a high deductible to pay before the insurance will take over.
Health insurance is good. Good matching for 401K
Good benefits package overall.
Generous vacation and sick leave . Flexible work hours.
ESPP, 401k options, health, dental, vision plans
Best: Matching 401k, above average health insurance. Payed maternity leave. You start with 3 weeks vacation, 2 week payed sick time.
HSA is great. The high deductible plan health insurance could be better. Dental insurance does not cover "white" fillings even though the metal ones aren't used anymore.
Worst - only high deductible option. 4200 out of pocket deductible (for family). before anything is covered and 2100 out of pocket for a single person. That is ridiculous for people starting out at around $12/hour especially with families.
Best is that the company pays for all full time employee's benefits, which have a HSA. (At this time) The high deductible takes some planning and getting used to.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
