Pretty solid offerings at good company contribution level. Nothing stands out as above an beyond, but also have all the bases covered. although providers get confused as my insurance is out of the HQ state, not this operations site, but works.
I consider it as Standard benefits, the most important of all is unlimited PTO

Benefits at this company are better than industry average. Health insurance is average, but they offer several other things which can be useful for certain individuals.
This year they started offering 2 versions of the HDHP which has been a relief. They also finally introduced maternity leave benefits. ESPP, 401K, and EAP all great benefits.
I dont have much idea about compensation. Interns dont have much benefits except Health INsurance
They are up to industry standards but have a high deductible to pay before the insurance will take over.
