went from no rollover to accumulated as year went by, to now no official policy on number of days. Feels more like financial reasons than employee value reasons.
Has all sorts of perks. No RSU's. Wish they had RSU's. The stocks however don't do well as company reports quarterly numbers below expectations. Gives HSA, ESPP, 401k and medical coverage.
Good amounts for non-Union employees. Con: Kronos time keeping system not the best at keeping track of accruals.
