Solid benefits package include PTO and work from home. Bonuses available when the company performs well. The organization recognizes talent and hard work is rewarded! $$ Beautiful office in Boston provides access to building amenity center (everything from ping pong to Happy Hours to gym classes - all FREE).
Generous vacation policy, 401K, good health insurnace.
terrible benefits and very expensive; no help from HR
Benefits package is pretty good - they offer commuter benefits that come out pre-tax, and if you choose a HDP for health insurance, they pay 1/3 of your total year deductible, they also have 401K match, and a pretty good annual bonus plan based on company and personal performance.
