Mission Partners contribute a percentage of their salary (up to 90%, up to IRS limit) per pay period. OSF matches this contribution dollar for dollar up to the first 5% of your eligible pay.
We also offer a catch-up contribution if you are 50 or older by year end (up to IRS limit; no employer match). An additional discretionary contribution may be made annually based on age and years of service.
Must be 21 years old and have completed 30 days of service.
Mission Partners may choose to enroll after two (2) weeks of employment or they will be auto-enrolled at 1% after 30 days of employment.

You are required to invest your 401k in stock market
It is nice that they match 5% of what you contribute. Not sure if you have to be with the company for 5 years to be able to access the 5% that they contributed. Also in order to take anything out of your 401K while you are employed you have to show that there is a major need in your life to do so.

Best is the five percent match. There is a PNC account that has alot of low cost mutual funds that have averaged more than 10% year over year since inception. There is a option to pick your own investment wheather its stock, commodities, bonds ect via charles schawb linked account which charges $4.99 per trade.
