It is fairly easy to change what percentage of your money is being invested in high risk or low risk, stocks or bonds, etc. The company matches your investment to a certain percentage.

It is nice that they match 5% of what you contribute. Not sure if you have to be with the company for 5 years to be able to access the 5% that they contributed. Also in order to take anything out of your 401K while you are employed you have to show that there is a major need in your life to do so.

Current Certified Nursing Assistant in Urbana, Illinois

Best is the five percent match. There is a PNC account that has alot of low cost mutual funds that have averaged more than 10% year over year since inception. There is a option to pick your own investment wheather its stock, commodities, bonds ect via charles schawb linked account which charges $4.99 per trade.
