“Affordable coverage and generous benefits ”
“Everything in-network is dirt cheap, being that it is a healthcare provider and we work here. ”
“22 days off to start, mid-career is mid to upper 30's for days off!”
Great Coverage & Affordable
Outstanding health benefits for a competitive price.
There is a PTO donation program.
401k match, PTO, tuition reimbursement
Cost of insurance went up last year along with the cost of copays.
Two years ago health insurance was great, but they decided to save money. Now it's not so good. Higher deductibles, costs more for employees per month, etc. However, from what I hear it's still better than a lot of people have.
Good 401k match. Health insurance premium based on your pay.
401k match, dollar for dollar up to 5%.
Some of the benefits are great. The change in Health Insurance plans to be more competitive was a negative impact on employees.
Health insurance is very expensive, but coverage is good IF you stay in the OSF network. Dental insurance is horrible and vision coverage average. Other benefits are generally average.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
