Employer Summary

The longer you are a Mission Partner with OSF HealthCare, the more PTO you earn per pay period up to a maximum 56 days.

Eligibility
Regular employment at 32 hours per pay period.

Effective Date
Immediately. Based on compensated hours up to 80 per pay period.

Accrue time off at a good rate -- this represents a major gripe for me in that PTO must be used for any federal holidays. Sick days are virtually not usable as you have to burn three PTO days before sick time is usable. Sick time cannot be used for family illness.

Must use PTO for holidays, vacation and sick time. Cannot access sick time until you have used 2 days of PTO first, and this restarts for every sick episode.
