For Cigna PPO plan had to pay large deductible and also copayment and coinsurance in 2018 that was expensive.
Selection between Cigna HDHP, OAP or Kaiser. All covers 90% of medical cost after copay

Monthly premiums are low (<$50 a month). You can choose between Cigna or Kaiser. If you choose an HDHP you can have an HSA

I do not get that because I am intern. Again that was okay with me. I am only a student and the pay was nice.
Just average. Standard HMO/PPO stuff. Deductions every pay check.
