There really was nothing bad about their benefits they offered everything you could think of for the most part. The worst part about their benefits was the high deductible for health insurance and no co-pays for regular visits.

For executives seeking separation held stock must be sold within 6 months. If qualified under early retirement under the 65 rule, such stocks can be held up to five years. Stocks received within one year at separation must be forfeited.
