Over the years, benefits plans have morphed to place more responsibility on the employee, e.g. moving health care towards High Deductible plans. The Company 60% match of the employee's 401(k) plan for up to the first 6% is a nice bit of "free money", but that should be viewed against the phase-out of traditional pension plans that gave far more certainty to retirement financials.
The best thing is the company match, plus a contribution to retirement lifetime strategy fund, which they were first to do and which is still not common.
Lots of benefits come at a cost. Education must be prequalified and require overcommitments.
The benefits package is easily one of the best parts of working at OTIS. It covers almost everything, is fairly decided, and gives a wonderful retirement package.
Best thing: 401K match at 6%, company vehicle, good vacation package, 20 days at 5 years
The benefits aren't too good. They offer an HSA account but you have to come out of pocket for pretty much every doctor's visit.

The health benefits are terrible. Your only options are High Deductible. You're better off getting your own insurance on Marketplace.
