They give you $500 per year towards your health benefits via a Health savings plan. So you never really had to pay for your own deductible provided you where employed there long enough to accrue that amount before you needed to use it.
They offer standard benefits like 401k through John Hancock's. Life insurance through BCBS but it's way expensive. They offer sick and vacationbut only to full-time employees
They do offer health/dental/vision insurance, vacation days, sick days, and 401K options.
On the health side just covers the basics. In terms of 401 K and personal time you are immediately signed in after the 90 day probationary period. Oddly, they do not offer all national holidays (?)
