    Excellent overall benefits, vacation and days off, tuition assistance and healthcare package.

    Health insurance benefit is top notch. Great plan options. 401K match is good. There is a pension that used to be no additional cost to employees, but now it is a mandatory 2% monthly cost that comes directly out of ones paycheck. There is no state income tax in TN, so some who relocate here from out of state may consider it a wash.

    Mediocre 401k match, but they do offer a pension which can be a good deal if you work there long enough. Time off / sick time benefits not very good for exempt employees (24 hours per year or flex time or apply for short term disability).

    The health insurance is top notch. The company matches 401k up to 3% if the employee contributes 6%. Having a pension is nice, but a couple years ago the company instituted a mandatory 2% contribution to the pension every month. Starting out employees get 3 weeks of vacation which goes to 4 weeks on your tenth year of service. The benefit package says that employees have "personal days" available to them each year, but it is frowned upon if you use them. Instead they want you to use flextime in order make up your time. Personally if we aren't allowed to use a benefit, don't even put it in the package. There is some inconsistency when it comes to other benefits. For example, depending on your manager you may or may not be allowed to work from home.

    401k is only 3%. No Paternity leave.
