Offer strong benefits package including 401k and flexible time off. Flexible time off is great for work life balance, although usually there's so much work to do that you don't fully use it.

401 is good, medical is good. Dental is somewhat below par.

I never had any complaints about benefits here. The winning benefit though is the provided weekly counseling session with a stellar therapist at no cost out of pocket.
