Great Benefits, no pension plan.
The 9/80 schedule and health benefits are very generous. It would be nice if Oxy had paid family leave.
excellent 401k and matching. 9/80 schedule. Very receptive boss in-case of last minute days off or early office exit. Health Insurance was always accepted.
9/80 Schedule, Maternity leave benefits improve after you have been with the company for a year but paternity leave is treated as normal vacation, Bi-weekly pay schedule, Health insurance decent
Best: 9/80 and Long Term Incentive's. the incentives are on top of healthy bonus
The benefits are great, but the only downside is that there is no maternity leave policy. It seems like it today's world and with so many women contributing so much to this company, they would get on board with a great maternity leave policy. That is really all that's missing and would make such a big difference!
They really gave everything. No real downsides as they have several options available that you can choose from to make sure everything and everyone in your home are covered.
$75 bus/van credit $75byod phone service credit , 75% gym fees credit(up to $55) . Health tracker program to promote fitness with incentives for $200-$300 in gift cards. Generous Performance bonus ( depends on department). Add 5% match 7% vest immediately. Retirement is about 7-8% extra vests in 3 years. Holiday party is nice , Lots of community engagement aka( small breaks during day) . Unwritten "unlimited" sick days. Flex Schedule come early or come late. Regular Insurance, dental, vision costs about $135
Years of Service credit has to be accrued before taking time off, why provide YoS credit then? Makes no sense.
The health insurance program was one of the better ones I had at the time. I hardly had to pay out of pocket for any visits to doctors. I also had 2-3 dental cleanings covered per year completely covered by the dental plan. Overall, very happy.
