The benefits are great, but the only downside is that there is no maternity leave policy. It seems like it today's world and with so many women contributing so much to this company, they would get on board with a great maternity leave policy. That is really all that's missing and would make such a big difference!
They really gave everything. No real downsides as they have several options available that you can choose from to make sure everything and everyone in your home are covered.
