All you get is PTO. You do not get any sick leave at all. You have to use your vacation if you are kids are sick
You have a general of of paid time off accursed by the number of hours you work a week. It is your sock time and vacation time all in one. And if the floor is low and they have to cut your week short you have to go into hat time to make up for the missing shift. I thing you should be given sick time and then accuse vacation time based on the hours you work per months.
GPT for managers accures slow and WLD doesn't roll over like regular employees. Salaried employees get stretched very thin.
Ochsner lets you start accruing time off as soon as you clock in for orientation and they also offer a personal paid holiday to use at your discretion.
Rate of vacation accrual is about par. Paid holidays are 3 days less than anywhere else I have worked.
