Good overall benefit package and discounts
Common benefits include health insurance, 401k, general purpose time includes (sick days, vacation days etc) eight paid time off holidays including one personal holiday
401 k with match. Heath and dental insurance was very reasonable with 3 tiers to choose from with higher premiums for lower deductibles and copays. Option for comprehensive dental that covered around $1200 for orthodontic services. GPT that was accrued based on years of service and hours worked.
Ochsner has a good benefits package.
Health insurance and excellent benefits
The benefits package was fair and pretty competitive compared to other hospitals I've been to. They offer many plans that include anything that you and your family would ever need at a decent price.
Health insurance - all healthcare must be thru Ochsner physicians. I had to leave all previous doctors and strt seeing Ochsner ones when I was employed here.
Good benefits overall but a little on the higher side
Reasonable out of pocket expenses when receiving care within the system.
Decent amount of paid time off, which is also available to sell back or donate to others. Paid holidays are also a plus. Although medical coverage is considered pricey by some, the benefits are very comprehensive.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
