As a temporary employee you do not get benefits while working at Octagon.
From in office happy hours, pancake Fridays, to a comprehensive benefits package, there is a lot to enjoy. There are plenty of ways to connect and get involved with the company through working events, different committees, and other extra-curricular opportunities. There is a lot of flexibility in when/where one works as well. Personally, the only con I have is that I wish that the 401k company match were a bit higher, but it is average. You also get a pretty high-end company phone and laptop.
Vacation is fantastic and the overall benefit plan is very competitive for an agency. Flexible hours and option to occasionally work from home is another plus.
Human Resources did a great job of explaining the process.
Plenty of PTO days available. The benefits are average and you have multiple options based on your needs/family, so nothing special but it's still doable
The benefits were amazing and the people are what truly makes the company a wonderful place to work.
The health insurance plan was ok. I found it comparable to other place I have worked but it seemed to be more expensive in general - in both deduction to employees as well as out-of-pocket costs.
401k match program, employer pays 50% of benefits, employee stock program option
I was not able to get any of the benefits because I was considered a contract worker.
