    Great benefits is one of the few things that the company has going for it. The offer full benefits to all employees. Health, dental, vision and 401k. Vacation time is pretty good also. When combined with sick time off you get about 3 weeks off a year for the first 5 years. Vacation time goes up after that.

    Benefits are excellent and very competitive. Medical premium is greatly reduced by enrolling in the Company Wellness Program. The 401(k) Employer Match is dollar for dollar on the first 6% contribution after one year of service which is phenominal.

    I was told that their benefits and coverage would only apply 1 month after my 90 days and that was a lie. their health coverage on the other hand was excellent and provided all that I could have asked for.

    Vacation: Start off earning 4.xx hours of PTO each pay period, which increases with length of tenure. PTO can be carried over from year-to-year, up to 200 hours, or can be paid-out during certain times of the year. Everyone also receives 24 hours of Floating Holiday, which does not carry over year-to-year. 401(k): Company match up to the first 4%, which is above industry average. Insurance: Variety of medical policies to choose from, including two PPOs (high and low deductible), and HDHP. Premiums are affordable with employee-only coverage. OCTA-Wellness program lowers your premium significantly. Dental and vision are also offered and are very affordable. Tuition Reimbursement: After one year of service, OPI will offer to pay 50% of your schooling as long as the program you're enrolled in would meet 'business needs'. If you receive a disbursement, you're indentured to the company for one year, or else you owe what was paid out to you.
