“Good amount of selection for retirement investment account ”
Medical insurance is expensive , there is an HSA . You can earn some incentives
Ocwen provides a good benefits package and competitive with the market, which includes: medical, dental, eye care, 401k, and health savings account.
Good for start but hard to grow up.
Good company to work for.
Corporate Development Analyst
I am a Corporate Development Analyst (healthcare M&A) making 110k total comp at 23. A large majority of my team has a banking background besides me. I have intentions to eventually move into the PE/VC world but am concerned about the lack of banking on my resume. I am just as talented as my co-workers. Does anyone have advice on if I should pivot into banking for resume sake?

The 401k match was low
overall pretty good benefits. Health coverage is decent and not overly expensive, vacation/sick policy was ok (not great, but ok), and other basic benefits were on par.
Average benefits to other companies.
Benefits were great, 401k package, vacation, and health.
Have an awesome benefit package
