“Worst: trying to get questions answered. Best: they have health care”
“Just average for vacation and paid time off days. ”
“Good amount of selection for retirement investment account ”
Have an awesome benefit package
The 401K matching was low
Minimal Health benefits are available. There are vacation days which accrue after a certain period of time. Retirement plan is a 401k type plan.
Benefits were pretty standard for a company this size, although the company didn't recognize USVI holidays.
I interviewed with a company about a month ago (internal recruiter call and one call with management) and did not receive an offer. Since then I saw another posting for another location but it’s the same recruiter. We emailed back and forth and he scheduled a call with him before he schedules the management ones. Should I bring up that we’ve done this before?
Director of Investor Relations
Anyone working for or have insight into Viking Global? What’s the culture like, work/life balance, etc. I’m currently in a smaller shop where I have lots of autonomy, flexibility and are well compensated (200k base plus bonus/deal participation). I’m lacking mentorships and fear getting too comfortable and for the learning curve to stagnate. The recruiter is telling me 400-500k total comp, but the position would be a steps down in terms of title/autonomy, and far less front facing. Any advice?
Decent Benefits but at a cost
Was happy with the amount of paid holidays that were covered after your initial 90 day period. However, the compacity to earn PTO was too small in comparison with other Asset management companies in the immediate area.
Benefits did not meet industry standards
Good Comp for learning mortgage market.
Family first values; generous PTO; several health care choices; 401K; perks at work program for discounted shopping and can earn points; Applause program to recognize employees; short term disability insurance; company paid life insurance; dental and eye vision options
Company provided terrific benefits. Health insurance provided employees with choices of coverage to meet their individual or family needs. The company provided 401K matching and tuition reimbursement for approved courses.
