“health package is adequate ”
“30 leaves. dont matter if allocate for any kind of leave”
“not applicable for philippine roles”
PTO and insurance options were great - it was a little expensive but what isnt these days
Good coverage, just expensive.
Good health benefits 401k is not at all matching to most major companies
Average paid time off after initial 3 months of employment
The medical coverage was ok; however, costly.
Okay benefits package, it could be better, 401K is only a 2% match.
Great time off allowance.
Good health insurance. Company matches 401k half up to 2%. You are eligible after a year and you are 100% vested. To start you get 19 PTO days a year including sick to use at your discretion and you can roll over 40 hrs at the end of the year.
401k is worse than most companies, but medical insurance is very affordable. They also offer a stipend to use your spouses insurance
No company perks, poor 401k plan, and limited options on health care
